The Pig-Sticker was received the day before the 151st Anniversary that my Great-Grandfather left his father's farm to join the Provisional Army of Tennessee. Two weeks later his regiment was issued the same model gun & bayonet. Later that Summer he was based in SE Missouri. Very pleased w/ item, communication, & Seller!
