Part didn’t work and initiated contact with seller. Mercedes shop could not get the shifter to work that I received from seller. Kept seller up to date while they trouble shot my car. Finally they installed my rebuilt shifter my car operates fine. According to seller I’m outside to return window. Part was faulty from the start and it wasn’t my computer. Had a cracked internal shifter lever when shifter was inspected.
