Works great on my Stihl 023.
Works great on mu Stihl 023. So far it seems like the chain stretches less although I put a new Stihl chain on when I mounted this so I'm not really sure. It makes a little more noise not that that matters as the saw is pretty loud anyway but I like the way it more positively engages the chain as opposed to the standard spur sprockets. One thing I have noticed is putting the chain back on with the rim sprocket already mounted to the clutch is a bit tricky, especially with a new chain that hasn't stretched, because even with the adjuster screwed all the way in there is barely enough room to slip the chain over the sprocket, which is not a problem with a spur sprocket. The best way is to remove the rim sprocket but that requires removing the retaining cir-clip which is a bit of a hassle ... Works great on mu Stihl 023.
