The sandals arrived quickly and were new in the box as described. Unfortunately, one of the sandals was defective (it had a bubble under the footbed that made walking difficult). A pinprick to the footbed released the air bubble but the seller really should have called this problem out in the listing so the buyer was aware of the issue before purchasing.
