    I am a Viking of the fretboard - a must have for Yngwie fans

    Inspired by the neoclassical fretwork of Yngwie Malmsteen, this YJM Fender Strat was a must have. The scalloped fretboard is an unique feel from traditional fretboards. Much like a BMW is to a driver who wants to be one with the road and enjoy the thrill of the drive, this guitar puts the player in a new dimension of feel and touch. A lighter touch can be used for speedy phrasing. The YJM Dimarzio pickups are warm but can growl but do not hum or hiss. The body is lightweight and the vintage color and headstock are a plus. This guitar will stand out from the others in your collection by giving you a greater perception of feel and make your existing guitars feel new as well. This guitar has actually advanced my playing as a lighter touch and relaxed hand are a benefit.

    Top End Fender

    Excellent guitar - a TANK. Meant to be played hard. Stays in tune like it has a purpose. Scalloped frets are not for everyone - be sure to have played a guitar with one before you purchase. I love the feel of them - scalloped neck and extra jumbo frets means your playing is exact, fast, easy vibrato etc. Love the Duncan Fury pickups also. The whole experience feels like you're driving a Bentley. NOTE - my only dissapointment is The Yngwie Strat only comes with a 3-way toggle. It's like Yngwie has commanded - no Jimi, no Stevie, just Yngwie. A replacement 5-way toggle is $20, and my local guitar tech is a wunderkind, so problem easily, happily solved. Highly recommend.
