I give a neutral rating because after I received the product! Sears contacted me and informed me that they had the item back in stock. And I found out that the seller jjtex07 had charged me twice the price for the item than the original price. The original price was only $51.00. I paid twice that amount! So that's why I'm rating my experience neutral! I wanted to rate it a negative experience. But because the item arrived on time and was new, I had to at least rate it neutral!
