    Catalog House

    Dead-on accurate model of 1920 Bennett Lumber Co. Small Homes Catalog house. Pretty easy to assemble, but built with enough separate details that painting the parts before assembly is easy.

    Have this on my layout

    Added this house to my layout, not from the above seller though. Bought it locally. This house looks more modern than 1920's more present day in my area. Assembly is pretty easy with super glue gel, and it looks great and realistic. Only tough part of assembly is the small roof pieces. Would recommend.
