IF we had been given a decent chance to respond we would have either sent out a replacement item or offered a return label and refund but we got 1 message and almost immediately feedback was left - NO chance to respond on a Monday morning. As for the shipping time - we DO NOT control how long it takes the post office to deliver items once they have been pickup up by the carrier.
