The product was broken when I got it because the seller packaged it in a flimsy envelope. When I contacted, they blamed USPS, but it was definitely the cheap packaging. I asked for a refund and the seller kept pushing an exchange. I considered but they didn't have the same item. I bought that specific pallette because I wanted that one not something else. They stopped communicating with me so I have had to contact eBay. Will not purchase from this seller again.

Item was counterfeit. Seller was adamant that it was authentic though it was clearly not. Eventually accepted my return request after I asked they provide proof of authentication. After shipping it back, they did give me a refund.
