No more leg & thigh cramps!
I bought this to treat extremely severe leg and thigh cramps. One night I had to call 911 for myself because I couldn't move. While trying to talk to the 911 dispatcher I was in so much pain that I couldn't put a sentence together properly. I thought "NEVER AGAIN" so I researched a way to get enough potassium into my system so that I wouldn't cramp up 3 times a week. Anyway, I add a 1/4 teaspoon of this powder into a glass of tea 3 times a day. Before work, after lunch, and about an hour before bed. It's been a month or so since I started doing that and I haven't had so much as a flutter in my leg and thigh muscles. This is a good product, dissolves easily, and my muscles feel loose with no crampiness or tightness at all. So much better than always wondering when the next time with ... The plastic bag that it was packaged in had no resealable feature so I transferred it to a glass jar. Potassium Bicarbonate is hydrophilic so I wanted to be sure to keep it as dry as possible. I've been 500-1000 milligrams per day with no ill effects. The package arrived on time as described. As it is packaged for wine making ph adjustments there were no instructions for oral use. WOW o WOW! I am ecstatic about this product! It is still in the original package because I am still using the previous one. But how can anyone not absolutely love this potassium bicarbonate! ! ! ! My body craves potassium bicarbonate! I put a pinch in my coffee every day (exceptions of course).
