Price / shipping was fair and fast. However, item was not new with the box obviously opened and taped shut, and more tellingly, with a part (one of the drawer clips) missing, hence the 4 vs 5 stars there.
That being said, the seller made good on replacing the missing part quickly and communicated well throughout the transaction, and I am getting ready to place another order with them, hopefully with a full 5-star followup transaction.
