Overall experience was neutral. Item was described as new and didn't mention damage but the bag had a broken zipper. Seller asked me to fix the zipper and offered me $4 back. Seller stated that "it was a lot of work" to return the broken item and exchange for a new one and made me feel compelled to keep the item even though it was damaged. I paid for the item less than an hour after winning the auction and seller still has not left feedback (shady seller practice for feedback).

item was shipped in brand new condition, buyer was offered money back, didnt want to take it, and didnt want to return it either, overall completely bogus feedback and buyer with no feedback was given all options available
