The seller listed the description on this Leapfrog baby monitor as “open box great condition” which would imply that the box was simply opened and that the product would still operate upon arrival but what was sent to me was an not a working unit and thus I wasted $50 buying from them. The monitor is missing screws in the back which were not showed in the photos of the product so I’m sure it was due to someone trying to fix it. I contacted the seller for a refund but have not heard back yet.
