Error occurred when trying to upload program. After attempting on 4 different computers same issue. Called TurboTax today after trying to install on rand new computer only to find out the issue was in the number given. It could not be validated. Waiting to hear back regarding shipping item back. I feel I should not be held responsible for return shipping when it wasn't an issue at my fault. Especially since I had to get it from TurboTax today..

To worried about sending it back and getting my money back so I will likely try to find 1 lone 5lb change plate since they are expensive. 3 stars still as package was great, delivery very quick just poor communication.
