Item - a leather jacket - arrived stuffed into a large plastic envelope - not in a proper box. The zipper on one side fell off. The clip that lifts the zipper also fell off. BOTH sides of the zipper were broken. Wrote a polite note to the seller about refund and return. Was sent a terse note that the zipper had been "tested." I wrote back - twice - asking him to do the right thing. Finally, Ebay had to intervene. Seller sent rude messages and has now been reported. AVOID.
