Horrible seller!!!! I bought this spermicidal and when I received it the tab on the inside of where it holds the spermicidal in was torn and was leaking! The whole bottle was slippery the spermicidal was everywhere and all over the bottle! I tried to contact this seller multiple times and have received no response back from them! I will never buy anything from this seller again! It’s very unprofessional they would handle a situation like this how they did!

    Great addition and essential item when pumping your penis

    This is an essential product if you pump your penis with a vacuum. It keeps the cylinder in place. I prevents the balls from being drawn up in the tube. It makes the pumping much more comfortable. The material is not too thick. It is just the right thickness and stiffness. I recommend the product fully.

    Decent, not great.

    First one ripped/tore , now using the other one. So far the second one seems to hold and work well. It maybe the nature of the beast, that these don't last long. Works great until they rip or tear.. update; the second one tore after a few uses. These must not be the correct ones for my pump or , well I'm just need a stronger type.

    Another disappointment from CalExotics

    This is difficult to fit into vacuum cylinders over 2.25". I cannot see it fitting a 3" cylinder. The sleeve opening has flaps that do not assist in sealing the sleeve between the penis and body, but only irritate the penile shaft and snag on the shaft when removing the pump cylinder from an engorged penis. You can try to improve it, but only if you are good enough with an Xacto knife to trim the flaps without leaving a sharp edge. The seal tore apart after a few uses, so, really, go waste your money on something else.

    Poorly engineered and does not work as intended.

    Pumping requires that your member is open to the vacuum inside the chamber. Both of these inserts inhibit your member from expanding into the chamber. It is difficult to move in and out even with a LOT of lube. You are better off purchasing a small seal for JUST the opening of the chamber that just seals the chamber to your skin at the base of your member.
