Do not buy from this seller! He sells a short fin butterfly breed of koi as long fin butterfly koi. Purchase butterfly koi from sellers who picture the actual long fin koi. This seller does not have real pictures on listing and now I know why. Go elsewhere or you will get ripped off.

Anyone can request for the Photos that the buyer sent us for proof that the koi are Butterfly Koi. The buyer also said they brought the fishes to a local fish farm to identify it and said the farm said it is no where near a Butterfly Koi. We called the Farm and they refuse to acknowledge it because they do not allow fishes outside their farm to enter their property due to disease safety. Buyer is a Fruad trying to get Free fishes.

This is the best picture of the dead one fish.They all seem smaller than I expected.Can you replace the dead fish.I will buy 3 more but much larger than these please.I am leaving positive feedback but please see what you can do about new larger fish.Thank you.

Hello. We are sorry that your fish died a few days later. We cannot control what happens after the fish is outside of the box. We do not offer Life Warranty, therefore if your fish dies a few days after delivery, we cannot refund or replace it. We do have bigger sizes if you want bigger sizes too.
