Rated PG. Maggie (Juilia Roberts) a small town girl is well known for bolting at the alter, leaving the groom standing. Ike (Richard Gere) a big city newspaper columnist goes overboard with a tell all story about Maggie, losing him his job. He goes all out to vindicate himself by moving to Maggie's town. He makes a genuine nuisance of himself by following Maggie everywhere as she prepares for her upcoming wedding. What he doesn't count on is falling in love with her. Different Chemistry
The Classic chemistry with Roberts and Gere. Love them both. BUT was not a Pretty woman if that is what you are looking for. This one has it's own kind of a NEW Chemistry between the two. Although they are Brilliant together no matter What they star in. I loved this movie. It did make me cry and it did make me want more! I do recommend it as the classic type of movie to have a copy in the house for that rainy day!The Classic chemistry with Roberts and Gere. Love them both.
