Seller was fully understanding with my confusion and mailed out the forgotten sustainment pouches. I would leave 5 stars but the pack in the pictures is not what I received. I received a very faded large ruck so if you're looking for a good condition pack I wouldn't recommend purchasing this pack. I purchased a pack locally for $20 in mint condition.. pictures for comparison. Left one is what you'll receive

We are fully transparent with the listing and with this buyer that we have 100's of these and the one pictured is prob sold. And his comparison is not correct. Of the 100's some are new like and some are used but we don't separate, we grab one from the bin. He wanted a new one but told us AFTER it was shipped so we could not cancel. We are a fair and fully transparent and reputable seller and treat everyone fairly.

Seller product description and pictures advertised leg strap as NEW IN PACKAGE but sent a used, dirty and unpackaged item. I complained to seller who responded by insulting and threatening me. Seller is unhinged and hostile at best. Seller conducted business in a bait and switch manner that I did not appreciate. Seller would not stop sending me threatening correspondence through eBay that resulted in my contacting eBay fraud, filing an eBay seller harassment complaint and my blocking seller.
