    Seller shipped me completely wrong items. Initially they did not respond to my inquiry about resolving the situation for several days. I ended up having to initiate a case with ebay before they finally responded. However once they did respond, they took responsibility, helped me work out how to get the item returned and appropriately refunded my money. Quicker communication would have been appreciated but I would still use this seller again as they got the situation resolved to my satisfaction.
