This item was advertised as brand new. However, when I received it and turned it on, it said that it had been factory reset and was previously synced with someone else's Google account and that I needed to either enter that person's PIN or their Google email address and password in order to continue which, of course, I would not have. Obviously, the phone was not brand new like the listing said and it was not even usable. Very disappointed, this seller wasted a lot of my time & energy. Returned.
