I’m not sure exactly what part of it is stopping it from fitting perfectly, but there is only a small gap between the UMD door and the cover. It has a small bit of wiggle but hasn’t come off without the release button being pressed.

I would suggest that seller package these in colored envelopes - we get a lot of junk mail in regular white envelopes and this almost got tossed in the trash with that lot.
