    Worth Seeing

    This movie details the life of the band Queen and its lead singer Freddie Mercury. After the previous lead singer of Queen leaves the band, Freddie Mercury becomes the lead singer. Many of Queen's well known songs are in this movie which makes for a good soundtrack. The movie paints Freddie Mercury as brilliant, but something of a prima donna. As Freddie Mercury was bisexual the movie goes into that part of his life as well. I would rather have seen less of this type of thing but that's Hollywood. Overall an excellent movie.

    Non French version

    I bought this DVD because the French version was available. However, even the option is available, we cannot watch the movin in French, There is a glitch on the DVD. In order to be sure about that, I brought my DVD at my friend’s home and it did exactly the same. Too bad !

    A Wonderful Tribute to Queen

    Saw the movie once in the theater and knew I would buy it when the DVD came out. As a long-time Queen fan, I think the movie was very well done and contained details of his life and the band that I had only surmised. Watching it made me laugh, cry, appreciate the strength in the family that Queen members made, and happy that Freddie's father changed. I will enjoy it time after time after time.

    A movie to watch again and again!

    I had already seen this film at least 20 times, including the day it come out in the theaters. It’s funny, sad, and absolutely entertaining, especially if you grew up listening to Queen. A definite must-have for my DVD collection.

    Has been moved into my top 10 all time movies.

    I'm a male, 77 years of age & Queen was well past my era(s) of 50s & 60s music; didn't know anything about their music or history, but a friend recommended the movie...what a treat! I was hooked from the beginning all the way thru the fantastic ending. 2 Thumbs up!
