I am IMPRESSED!!! I didn't expect to be completely satisfied, BUT I AM! Arrived On-Time (or early?), UN-Damaged, AS Advertised, in working condition. I charged BOTH batteries before using. It DID NOT bog down cutting what is seen in pics. I was NOT using TURBO. I did use propulsion going UPHILL but not downhill or crossways. I didn't clock how long it ran, but it was longer than I anticipated. Simple to setup, came FULLY assembled, just connect the two halves of the handles and bolt them.

Great deal, working very well so far
Just started using it, but so far it seems to be working very well! It's definitely working better than my old Greenworks electric chainsaw, which is very similar but with a 2Ah battery instead of a 4Ah battery. This new chainsaw definitely cut through wood much more quickly than my old one - not sure it that's because it's more powerful or because it's newer and sharper, but either way, not bad! A great deal, as far as I can tell so far!Just started using it, but so far it seems to be working very well!
