Neither the product nor the seller pass muster. The product does not auto-sleep meaning big bills and drive wear. Ours has even been assembled incorrectly at the factory - see photo of chassis and compare with listings. There is perhaps a reason why this product does not have any support pages on the official website. Customer services communication is poor and mostly maintain radio silence most of the time.
