Item sent was an open box used item with ware marks and seams are splitting in two places. Listing clearly stated new item! Messaged the seller to see if they made an honest mistake and shipped the wrong item, so they could make good and send the correct item. They decided to only offer a partial refund that we refused as the IPad case wouldn't last. We are still waiting for a reply to our request for a full refund.
It's okay to make a mistake, not to ignored your mistake.
