I ordered this expecting it to be an open box item which eBay describes as “An item in excellent, new condition with no wear”. This printer was not as described, it came with a huge paper jam and ink stains on the back of the printer. I contacted them about the issues with the printer and have not received a response a week later. Not someone that I want to do business with again.

Printer was broken upon arrival, although it claimed to be in perfect working condition. It might have been working when it was shipped, but unfortunately the seller did not package it correctly and it was broken. A piece is misaligned and it does not work at all.
