This sensor allows for enhanced accuracy of exposure, white balance, and auto-focusing. This Pentax DSLR camera has an ISO range of 100-204,800 and a high S/N ratio that offers many added benefits. With this ISO range, enjoy low noise, low-light capabilities, and the ability to capture images at 3 fps. The Pentax 645z has an SAFOX II autofocus module that uses 27 autofocus points and includes 25 cross-type sensors. The three AF sensors are completely dedicated to low-light environments so you get the focus you need. This Pentax camera has a 1037 dot tilting, air-gapless, LCD monitor that allows for a live view and playback viewing. View each shot from various angles with the prism-shaped viewfinder and an eyepiece that provides eye-level composition. The viewfinder also helps to attain the relatively compact and versatile size of this medium format camera. The 645z medium format camera lets you review each shot and provides a depth of field preview to choose the preferred image quality. Take your photography to the next level and compete with even a professional photographer with this model. Choose to shoot in any high dynamic range (HDR) mode such as the shutter and aperture priority mode. Choose from any of your favorite lenses, such as 35mm or even 45mm lenses to create the best effect. With this version of Pentax’s digital cameras made by Ricoh, this model has a wider sensitivity than the 645d. While shooting each photo, trust the 645z to withstand any type of environmental conditions. The body of this Pentax camera is made with an aluminum alloy chassis and a magnesium alloy shell. The 645z is constructed with 76 weather seals to keep out moisture and dust. This Pentax camera is designed for field and studio use and operates in temperatures from 14 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. With this model, shoot RAW format data files that are transferrable via HDMI or USB output for high-speed transmission. This Pentax digital camera has an SD card slot in case you ever need to expand your memory. Step up from Fx
i shoot Nikon d800 and it is hard to get sharp image without VR or tripod. This is one step above that. Here what i like and not like compare to nikon: - like the gradual bokeh transition on large sensor. - like the deep grip. Feels very secure in the hand - like the movable lcd - Hate view finder. It is small and hard to use compare to Nikon d800 - focus points so close to the center might as well have just 1 - buttons layout awkward. Maybe I use nikon too long. - body is metal but the memory, battery doors feels like they can break off easily. - price tag & this is the cheapest digital MF

I know user experience and image quality can be subjetive but man, this camera es a dream come true. I have used several brands and & multiple gear before (Fuji X-T2, H1, T3, Leica SL, Leica Q, Lumix S1r, S5, Nikon D610, D850, Z6, Canon 5D MK IV, Pentax K1 MKii...) but always was curious to try MF. I mainly do macro, portrait & landscape and can assure you without a doubt that it is the best image quality I have seen from any digital sensor. The way it renders the image, the colors, the dinamic range & the ISO performance are stunning. Of course there are compromises (focus speed, fps, buffer, weight, video, etc...) But none of those elements surpasses what for me in this camera beats all the cameras that I had used before: user experience and picture quality. It is a 2014 machine, but one of the most reliable and recommended for professional use in various photographic genres today. Read full review

Pentax 645Z - THE BOMB
This camera is THE BOMB! With the same exact Sony imaging sensor as a $30,000 Hasselblad, this camera is a STEAL. This one came with 3 EXCELLENT Pentax FA Zoom lenses, which are gorgeous & sharp, and it works GREAT with my older fast, MF Pentax 645 A lenses. I got all of that, plus like $600 in additional accessories, for $3,500. It's already paid for itself! Gorgeous images! I could not be happier.
