Probably the best eyebrow pencil in the world!
I've been using this particular pencil for the past 25 years Discovered it in Tokyo It's a hard pencil,so as long as it's sharp It can be used to create brows,hair by hair. It can be sharpened with regular sharpener ( cosmetic ) or as the Japanese do,by knife creating a long angled point. It doesn't melt off during hot days. Seal brown is the perfect colour,I'm a blonde that doesn't like a blonde yellowy pencil.it can suit most skins apart from black,it would be too ashy.
