1) The box was faded, water damaged and ripped. This was not mentioned in the description nor shown in the pictures. Although the ornaments themselves were fine, it was deceitful to hide the box condition and list at a similar price as other offers with perfect boxes. 2) It also was packed poorly (not in a separate box), so the item box was further damaged in transit.

WOW, This is deceitful feedback after never reaching out to me or contacting eBay as not as described. The item was the last of 13 and a Christmas markdown that was clearly pictured and described as" NEW IN A DAMAGED BOX". I cannot please everyone but I will keep trying!!
