Quick ship but missing an item. I sent pictures showing that package was not damaged and me opening it. I asked for missing item to be replaced but they only offered a refund and said the item was out stock. It was still listed but at a higher price. A refund/discount was offered several times. They decided to reship the item when I asked for a full refund but then changed their mind again and said it was out of stock I finally gave in and took a discount. Also item description was incorrect
