I was writing the review of the laptop when another BSOD (Blue Screen) occurred just at that moment. I've been using my Lenovo Flex5 for about a month and a half, and although the laptop looks beautiful, I've had a lot of problems. When I factory reset the laptop it stopped recognizing the Windows Home license. I have constant errors every time I play a video or display a GIF the screen turns off and programs close.
In the last 7 days alone I have had 68 errors that stop or restart my machine.

Came exactly as described. The laptop and the charger were securely packed in a box with more than enough padding to ensure no harm would have been sustained by the device. Had a minor issue with the activation of Windows 11 Pro but the seller promptly provided a key. Absolutely recommended, if I want a refurbished product, I will be coming to this seller.

Very bad experience, I will never buy from this seller again, I received an item with dents on the laptop chassis (See Photos) this was not in the description, an item was paid for 5 ⭐, this should only have 4 and of course it should mention in the description and therefore the price should be according to the condition of the item... Fast shipping, excellent packaging, I couldn't recommend it to any of my friends and I will definitely never buy from this store again.
