    Not thrilled

    This was probably an excellent unit when new on the market but this particular unit came with a dead battery that will not hold a charge. Plus Garmin's policy on non-transferable lifetime map updates was an unexpected expense.

    lesson learned about things that seem too good to be true, usually are.

    advertised as 6in. but was 41/2in. Couldn't get it to work. The power cord, the mount and the carrying case are usable. The gps went into the trash.
