Received lock. Package smashed and stapled closer. Lock had scratches looked used. Contact seller they wanted photos. Tried to use lock on hitch, it's was too short. Long story short; here are the photos of what I had to do to make lock work and look new.

These are NOT Mason Jars. They are PLASTIC. Poor description. Then only wanted to give me a partial refund in order to keep it. After two offers I finally settled for a $6 refund just to be done with it. 1 kid was missing and 1 was bent. Mailed in a bag that was sliced and fit in my mailbox. Poor description. Fast response and refund (although a partial refund)
