There was 1 part that was clearly broken. Fortunately, it was cosmetic and not critical to the functioning of the unit. But, that the "broken off" portion was not in the dedicated plastic bag the part came in (where would that be?) leads me to believe that this was repackaged at some point (that and the extra shipping tape visibly applied to the shipper). Again, it's not a deal-breaker but if it was inspected/known prior to the repack, it was not reported in the ad description.
