Great printer so far! Bit finicky to setup but 3d printers in general aren’t exactly a basic thing to build. Works great and the interface couldn’t be better! Though I definitely wish the screen was touch screen but the pros of this thing just completely outweigh the cons by a landslide! Would definitely recommend for a first as this is my first and gettting it up and running wasn’t too bad! Also had no signs of usage which is great when buying a refurbished item!

There was a mix up at first and the wrong printer was sent (a Neo not an S1) at first but customer service was awesome to deal with, made it right and got me the proper S1 printer a week later (thanks). The S1 I received looks like it was an amazon return and perhaps a further eBay return as a refurb. It is all there and in very nice shape, a few scrapes from the last seller packing but overall a very good deal! I highly recommend the seller for good deals, service. AAA+
