This mouse is the best one I've ever owned and I've been using computers since before Windows 95. Can't beat the battery life. Windows 11 recognizes it immediately and the Logitech website has their own app you can download for additional adjustments/features. It fits my medium/large hand well. GREAT MOUSE!!!
Truly best mouse ever. Simple, accurate, comfortable to use and the battery lasts very long, years! BTW, I also have a Marathon 720 I bought by accident thinking it was a 705. I would NOT recommend the 720. It has programmable buttons BUT the Logitech software does not actually program the mouse. The software must always be running in the background or the mouse will only work in it's default program setup. Thus if you do not have admin rights on your computer, you cannot change the buttons. OR if you just don't want another piece of software running on your system, you're ass-out there too. Buy the 705. Stay away from the 720Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

The only thing bad about this product is that doesn't last forever; I have the same from 2 years ago and I felt the right clic was slow, and the time to replace it comes.
