I 'm pretty sure I ordered a pc repair/install/upgrade boot USB but for reason I received a USB that is just for downloading files and not for repairing because when I insert the USB into the computer it says external USB storage ready. I could have gotten that at Walmart a lot more affordable.

Seller was a good communicator, knowledgeable and helpful but seemed very slow in getting it to the post office. I purchased it on 3/2 and it still has not arrived. It is supposed to finally arrive today according to tracking information. Time will tell. Today is 3/12. I am not overly upset because I am not in immediate need for this item. I purchased it as a back-up for my Microsoft product that is near the end of its supported life.
