Coltelleria Collini garantisce la piena soddisfazione sul Vostro acquisto.

Se, entro 14 giorni dalla consegna della merce, non siete soddisfatti dei prodotti acquistati, potete chiederne la sostituzione o la restituzione con rimborso del prezzo d'acquisto (escluse le spese di spedizione sostenute per l'invio; sui prodotti offerti con spedizione gratuita, sarà trattenuto un importo forfettario di 6.- Euro).

Procedura di reso

Per attivare la procedura di reso, eseguire le seguenti operazioni:

Inviare un'email a info@coltelleriacollini.it specificando il numero d'ordine e i codici dei prodotti che si intendono rendere;

Una volta ricevuta la nostra autorizzazione a procedere col reso, spedire gli articoli da restituire entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce;

La responsabilità della spedizione della merce restituita è a carico Vostra.

Condizioni per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso

Affinché il nostro staff possa accettare la richiesta di reso, è necessario che siano rispettate le seguenti condizioni:

Il sigillo di garanzia e l'etichetta di autenticità, presente sui prodotti venduti sul nostro sito, devono essere intatti;

I prodotti devono trovarsi nelle stesse condizioni di come spediti e devono essere impacchettati nella loro confezione originale (deve anche essere reso lo scontrino fiscale);

La merce non deve essere stata utilizzata o alterata in nessun modo;

I prodotti devono essere consegnati al corriere entro quattordici (14) giorni dalla data in cui sono stati ricevuti.

Coltelleria Collini si impegna inoltre alla sostituzione gratuita di eventuali prodotti di comprovata difettosità o difformi dall’ordine.

Eventuali difetti e/o errori di spedizione dovranno essere comunicati per iscritto entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce e contestualmente resi a Coltelleria Collini per la sostituzione.

Casi particolari: le esclusioni dal diritto di recesso

Il Codice del consumo, all’art. 59, prevede l'esclusione del diritto di recesso per le seguenti fattispecie di acquisti a distanza:

La fornitura di beni personalizzati o confezionati su misura (in questa categoria sono ricompresi, ad esempio, tutti i prodotti con riferimento ai quali si è acquistato anche il servizio di incisione);

La fornitura di beni deteriorabili;

Evasione reso

Una volta accertato il buono stato dei prodotti resi, entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, Coltelleria Collini procederà, in base alle preferenze del cliente, con sostituzione o con rimborso tramite storno su carta di credito utilizzata per l'acquisto o a mezzo bonifico bancario.

Il cliente è responsabile della spedizione della merce restituita, sono a suo carico le spese di spedizione (pari a € 6) ed eventuali costi di sdoganamento.

Si ricorda infine che, ai sensi della normativa italiana, il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato solo da consumatori, ossia da persone che acquistano prodotti per scopi non riferibili alla loro attività professionale.
