This is a nice bike. The delivery was on time. I rode it once the day it arrived. It worked fine. The color is not blue and I really wanted it to be blue like the picture. Advertised pictures and actual included. The bike I received is light grey. The basket is huge and heavy. I’m not good to use it. I would rather have a cell phone holder or the lock for free but it’s nice since it was a gift.

I’m very happy with e-bike and on time delivery. With an assist from a local bike shop, assembled in an 1 1/2 hr. Fit and finish excellent its a good looking eBike. The bell was broken and I need a replacement however for my city commuter - I need much louder sounding bell/horn! Can you provide it as my replacement? Thanks for assisting me with this.

Super Fast delivery, ordered on Thursday 02/29 and received it on Saturday 03/02. Excellent packaging and all items were in the box and not a scratch on it. It was approximately 90% assembled. No directions on how to assemble out of the box and it was mostly self explanatory. The most difficult to assemble was the wheel reflectors. Awesome communications and they replied to any of my questions within a short amount of time. E-bike was as described and beautiful. Highly Recommended Vendor!
