I'm actually happy with my overall purchase - good price for this laptop with great hardware.
However, my laptop arrived with a Spanish/Latin keyboard instead of English. I messaged the company asking for a partial refund, or to even send me an English keyboard but the only option they gave was for me to return it.
I watched pricing for a couple weeks and I'm still happy with the value of my purchase but very frustrated it didn't come as described in their pics, and they refused to assist.

I have literally had the worst buying experience ever from this seller. I ordered a Refurbished Lenovo AIO Computer for my Parents as a gift. It arrives and the screen is literally cracked. The seller was so lackadaisical it took over 8 days to get a return shipping label much less agree to the return after jumping through many hoops for him. I ordered that on 5/10/24 and I still havent got a refund. The 2nd computer had fake windows activation keys, several Rootkit Viruses. Stay Away From Them!
