Past Blaster!
Yes, we really were that hokey. Yes, we really were a tad paranoid about the possibility of being bombed and taking shelter. Air raid drills were part of a routine elementary day. So, the movie hold true for the most part in the beginning. What happens when the son emerges into today's society is plausible, given cinematic license. It's a fun movie for those over fifty-something. It might seem truly hokey for the under thirty crowd. The acting is good, the dancing is great, the story line might border on delusional science fiction ... but it is funny to almost be categorized as a straight out comedy. A lot of creative thinking went into making yesterday's phobia's interpreted to today's possible explanation. Oh, just watch and enjoy it! Don't try to make logic.Yes, we really were that hokey. Hilarious review of the change in American culture
All baby boomers will enjoy this little known comedy about the changes in American culture in the past 40 years. We're not living like Ozzie and Harriet anymore. If you don't know who they are...you'll still enjoy this "cave man to modern world" awakening played by Brendon Frasier. Those who liked Forest Gump should like this film. Even our teenage daughter got a kick out of seeing how life has changed.All baby boomers will enjoy this little known comedy about the changes in American culture in the past 40 years. Blast From the Past movie
Brendon Fraser is great in this movie. Love everything about it. He plays an innocent 30 year old that has been in a bomb shelter with his parents all his life and goes up in the world to get supplies. Hilarious. When he goes to the dance club and dances with the 2 women, it is just wonderful. Obviously I really like this movie. It is enjoyable from the get go and wasn't disappointed thru the whole thing. A great watch.Brendon Fraser is great in this movie. Love everything about it. Its just a great movie~~~i love watching movies that have good humor and good friends in it....the parents in this movie are so funny...my favorite part of the whole movie is when he tells the guy at the end of the movie there is something on his forehead(tattoo),and he replys i know, It reminds me of my parents when they first saw my ink work LOL.......................

Refreshing Blast from the Past
I loved this movie since the first time I saw it, I love how it shows how messed up we have gotten over the years and how old fashioned, there is nothing wrong with it. I do wish the movie had less cussing, other then that it was good.
