If you're under 5'6" this may not be the bike for you. It's very tall for a 20" bike. I would have liked to see better instructions for assembly as they weren't that great. Overall, for the price it's worth the money. Very fast acceleration, seems to be built very well.

Very strong, smooth ride!! I have had quite a few and this is the best by far! I never use the seat that come with the bikes I have had and order wide bottom comfortable seats and was prepared when bike arrived. The people I worked with were very professional and responsive. I can understand why they have a 100% rating!!

Although i love the e-bike, i haven't been able to remove the rear passenger seat. My only problem is that the bike has no on/off lock, just a lock to keep people from stealing the battery and a cable lock that bike thieves could probably cut in less than a minute. Still, a great bike for the price and one iIm looking forward to using for the next few years!

Super Fast delivery, ordered on Thursday 02/29 and received it on Saturday 03/02. Excellent packaging and all items were in the box and not a scratch on it. It was approximately 90% assembled. No directions on how to assemble out of the box and it was mostly self explanatory. The most difficult to assemble was the wheel reflectors. Awesome communications and they replied to any of my questions within a short amount of time. E-bike was as described and beautiful. Highly Recommended Vendor!

Phenomenal service. I ordered two Libra E bikes around 11:00 pm Oct. 24th and went to bed. Woke up at 5:00 am and there was a Email from fucare-direct indicating the bikes were shipped with tracking numbers. Recieved the bikes early afternoon on the 27th. You couldn't ask for better service. There was a discrepancy with the brakes in the product description but this was quickly resolved. Communications were excellent so fucare-direct has earned my trust and five stars.

I am very happy with my new Fucare Libra. It is really fun to ride, and the style is awesome. The bike arrived a day early and was well packaged. Assembly took just part of an afternoon after reading all the instructions and reviewing the company’s online video. Follow up with the company has been great as well. They have quickly replied to my questions and have excellent customer service. The bike has lots of power, even on hills. Battery life is excellent. Very glad to have chosen this bike!
