Great for Small Rooms
Fan is SUPER for concentrated areas. We put this in our master closet to move air and cool and it is PERFECT for that application. OR a small bedroom. 3 speeds. Top speed is a bit louder than other 2 speeds. Comes with remote. Use mostly on Medium speed.

Works fine. Adjustable light from dim to bright and fan is quiet from low to high. Looks great. Wiring the remote sensor is a bit tricky but if one has any wiring skill and follows the directions can be done without an electrician.
