    The quality is good. It looks newly fabricated. It is a good value. It looks good. It was not a perfect fit but I think the Seller said something to the effect that he thought a person could figure it out. I did. Since I am using this engine stand to display an engine rather than work on one, I used spacers to make up the difference which kept the fastening points square. Perhaps the mounting holes at the rear engine mounting plate could be better centered but no big deal.
