The first one i got had a bad clip and could not pump it up. The second one works and I wear it all day.It really helps and I have a compression fracture of the number 12 vertebrate. I am glad i got it. The doctor said if I wear it for 8-10 weeks the fracture may heal itself. Well iguess we will see in 10 weeks. Pray it does.

I saw prices for this belt all over the map for apparently the same product ($200+ to under $40) so decided to take a chance on one of the lower priced belts and couldn't be more pleased. I've had intermittent sciatica for over 30 years and bought a zero gravity table a few years ago. Just getting on it with a bout of sciatica was excruciating not to mention I could only tolerate being upside down for a few minutes...then getting off again and using crutches to keep the pressure off the discs and hobble back to bed. When this belt arrived I was just in the beginning stage of another bout when I tried on the belt and the relief was almost instantaneous and without discomfort. I could feel the pressure relieving and could walk around without my crutches. The sciatica didn't manifest ... I saw prices for this belt all over the map for apparently the same product ($200+ to under $40) so decided to take a chance on one of the lower priced belts and couldn't be more pleased. Relief in just a couple days!
I use it every other day for about 5-10 minutes and my lower back weakness and pains are definitely going away! I had trouble tying my shoes and now do not notice anything while tying my shoes. (I found out today that it is a little difficult to tie your shoes with the back brace on :)
