This merchandise arrived via USPS on May, 11, 2024. (Order date: 05/05/24.) This package was wrapped with extreme care, and utilized essentially 3-layers of padding to protect it during shipping. The item was received exactly as advertised! Item was sufficiently packaged, arrived in good condition, and as described. However, this transaction was very disappointing. I bought and paid on Jan 29. The tracking number was provided on Jan 30 but the USPS was not in possession of the item until Feb 7. Thus, it was not delivered until Feb 10. I sent the seller two messages requesting timely delivery as this item was intended to be a gift. Sadly, I never received any communication from the seller and the item arrived too late to gift.

Although the item arrived damaged, this wasn't the sellers fault. They tried to package it to the best of their abilities and had several fragile stickers as well as hand written very fragile lettering. They were very easy to deal with regarding the refund. I appreciate the fact that they stood by their product and recognized the item didn't arrive in the condition they advertised it in (came shattered, presumably by careless mail carriers). Five stars for this seller. Thank you
