This is the second printer of this model I have purchased from this seller (and the third one I've owned). Sadly, the previous one no longer feeds paper, but does still print if you hand feed it.     I LOVE THIS PRINTER!

    Amazing price on an amazing printer! As good or better than the last colour laser printer I bought for $500 (which included the duplex feature). I plugged it in, hooked up the data cable and it worked in both Windows 8.1 and Linux. Installed the driver on my notebook and it just worked on WIFI. Both text and graphics print quality is fantastic, the colour is accurate, and the semi-glossy toner makes great photos on glossy paper. It is a little more difficult than I would have liked to align the paper for single sheet feed, but practice helps. It's quiet, and it doesn't suck up the power like my old printer. I intend to get the duplex and memory upgrades as soon as I can afford it. I can't say anything bad about this printer (so far).

    Not good

    When I tried to get it to work it wouldn't print. The paper was jamming. It's at a repair shop as I write. They told me that there were 2 major parts that had to be replaced. Also it came with toners that were empty. The repair is costing me $128.00 dollars. I wish they could have just been honest enough to let me know that this unit had major issue. Personally, it's not fair to me the consumer to get had like that. You've could have informed me of it's defects. I'm not pleased, I should sue.
