Although my item was broken in the shipping process, no fault of the seller. The seller refunded my money . She was very professional, nice , and friendly . I hope if she has shipping insurance she gets a refund because the post office definitely did not handle the package with care , again no fault to the seller .

The seller was and is terrific. The item shipped quickly and was extremely well-packaged. It's a lovely jar and I will keep it. Good customer service is truly appreciated. However, it was my fault that I did not read the description properly. I was hoping for a 24 oz product, whereas this is actually a standard Ball quart jar (32 oz when full, 24 oz marked on the side). Live and learn.
