    Best OZ ever!

    I've been a fan of the Wizard of Oz book series for years and adored the 1939 movie. WICKED the play was also excellent, but THIS VERSION is the BEST ever! The story line fits in with both the books and the original movie. They did an excellent job matching the set designs to 1939 and yet taking it farther, including parts of OZ that only those who have read the books are aware of. I wore out my first copy of this DVD and had to buy another.

    This is a great DVD. The movie is simply terrific. Children and Adults who are young at heart will thoroughly enjoy this reimagining of the classic 'Wizard of Oz'.     Over Reliance on Special Effects
